Job Openings at Sidehill Farm

At Sidehill Farm we graze and milk a small herd of Normande and Jersey cows. We sell raw milk at the farm, and also produce delicious yogurt, which is delivered to stores and restaurants around western Massachusetts. Our mission is to produce the healthiest, best-tasting yogurt and raw milk available by focusing on a total picture of health—of our customers, our cows, our crops, the local working rural landscape, and the robust biological and human community within which we all thrive. We are expanding and need talented people to work with us!

Delivery Driver: 30 hrs/wk, beginning immediately

Deliver yogurt to wholesale accounts in Hampshire, Franklin, Berkshire counties, and pick up milk at dairies in Shelburne and Cheshire Mass. Must have an excellent driving record, and be comfortable driving both a 14' box truck and a long van in tight spaces. We are looking for someone who likes people, has a sense of humor, and can be the courteous, personable and neat face of Sidehill Farm to our wholesale customers. Must be scrupulously clean, attentive to detail both with customers and product, and need to be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly. Will train the right person for their milk haulers license. We are committed to providing stable jobs to our local community - our preference is for a Hilltown resident willing to make a multi-year commitment. Compensation dependent on experience and skills.
